Natalie Gitter

Natalie joined AEC in 2007 and has been an integral part of the company’s development, most notably in the expansion of its European infrastructure. In her current role as Chief of Staff, Natalie provides strategic support to the CEO and COO with a focus on goal alignment, execution of strategic initiatives, corporate mission, vision, and culture. Natalie has two small children that keep her on her toes outside of work. She is a true believer or lifelong learning and has made it her mission to empower others through embracing imperfection.
